Conduit and Succinct bringing fast finality and ZK proofs to OP Stack rollups

OP Stack rollups on Conduit now have the fast track to fast finality — no more 7-day withdrawal period! And it's all thanks to our partnership with Succinct. Succinct makes ZK proofs easy for developers, and in collaboration with Optimism has developed OP Succinct: a quick, simple way to outfit OP Stack rollups with a zkEVM. Best of all, with Conduit, you can integrate OP Succinct without lifting a finger. Read the blog here and get in touch if you want to launch a ZK rollup on OP Stack or convert an existing rollup.

Bridged USDC live on Conduit Marketplace

All Conduit rollups can now deploy Circle's official Bridged USDC Standard directly from Conduit Marketplace! Using the official standard means your chain has one consistent form of bridged USDC, and not a mishmash of different versions. At a later date, you'll also have the option to migrate to Native USDC, meaning Circle will handle issuance and the USDC on your chain will be fully redeemable for U.S. dollars, without users having to bridge back to the L1. And best of all, Conduit handles the entire process for you. Join rollups like Metal and Donatuz in implementing Bridged USDC with Conduit.

Research: Why gas usage is the best measure of rollup performance

TPS is the wrong metric for comparing blockchains, and you should look at gas usage instead. Why? We break it down here on our blog, but the short version is this: Different blockchains do different things, so their transactions are too different to compare — the data bears this out!

Case study: How Conduit enables Zora Network to run the top blockchain for NFT minting

Zora is making the internet free and valuable by enabling creators to receive rewards for work they post onchain. At the heart of it all is Zora Network, a rollup purpose-built for NFT minting. Learn how Conduit has helped Zora Network grow to over 250,000 daily active users and maintain performance through huge, unexpected traffic spikes — all for 1 ETH per month in onchain infra costs.

Other Conduit product updates

  • ArbOS 32: We updated all Arbitrum Orbit rollups on Conduit to ArbOS 32, which patches security vulnerabilities.
  • Celestia Lemongrass: We updated all Conduit rollups with Celestia underneath to take advantage of Celestia Lemongrass. Lemongrass is Celestia's first mainnet upgrade and includes several improvements, like interchain accounts and faster bridging.
  • Better invites for Conduit orgs: No more invite confusion! The Conduit app now shows admins all currently unaccepted teammate invites in the team management section, and also allows them to revoke invites if necessary.
